  1. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

Not hearing good things about the tuned roush 😢 has anyone had a good experience with a stage 2 roush tuned on pump gas I wonder ?! 😂
  2. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

yeah the OEM and drivability of the car im impressed with, if the cooling will help on pulls a bit and maybe a few other things I can tweak along the way maybe I'll be happy with it until I get something else. I'll have a look into the PCMTEC. Will also do some more tuner research. Will look...
  3. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

exactly my point man, my car has 8000 kms on it. Got a deal i couldnt pass up thats why I didnt mind getting the roush and dont mind spending a little bit of money out of it to get some better performance. YEs i would have loved to get to 700 rear wheel but also dont want to blow up a new car.
  4. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

Great info appreciate it thanks ! Ill hold off on the pulley and go with the chiller. Was thinking of going with palm beach dyno for tuning, or just stick with the roush ? maybe there is a different thread for that as well ?
  5. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

get up to 105-110 Celsius just regular pulling around town on a hot day. around 230 F i think it is ?
  6. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

So from what ive gathered, basically. With the header, high flow cat setup I have should help for engine knock... that gives me a little wiggle room for a little bit smaller of a pulley to try and get just a bit more HP. Intercooler thermostat will help to keep it cooler ( it already does...
  7. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

Thats my thoughts on the interchiller, I'd like to push the current setup on pump fuel, and the cylinder head temps already get up to where its already hotishhh. I'm hoping the engine will handle 700 wheel half reliably. I need a little bit more boost in order to do it which is going to be more...
  8. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

I mean I only drive the car in the summer, winters in canada its put away.. but when I drive it I wanna be able to not worry about it heating up at all is why I kinda wanna do interchiller. What sized pulley should I go with down from the stock stage 2 ?
  9. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

Beautiful, before the tune I think I'm going to pick up a smaller pulley, interchiller. Should be right where I want to be for power/ reliability !
  10. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

Thats what I was wondering as well, I've lost a bit of boost since the headers ... I am 100% getting it tuned. I just want to gain back what I've lost. Will they be able to do that with tune or need to pulley down ? I have access to 93 Shell / 94. ( boostane is an option as well, may get a...
  11. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

Good info here ! I'm looking more towards on what I can do, without e85. I don't mind getting interchiller kit for heat soak. I'm trying to max what I can get on pump fuel (half reliably) but from what I'm gathering I shouldn't change pulley because without e85 the SC wont handle much more boost...
  12. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

I was in the same boat, contacted another place about the pulley down, they said to avoid it without going full e85 .... just want to squeeze the most out of this setup on pump fuel .. may even get interchiller setup for next summer
  13. Question for guys who actually have the the Roush Kit

Hey everyone, I have a 21 with roush stage 2. Stainless works headers high flow cats, VMP voltage fuel pump booster, car made 640 on the dyno with shit fuel. It just has the regular roush tune. I was looking into getting it tuned ( wanted to go little smaller of a pulley ) was recommended not to...
