Here is mine... I started the process around the 15th of December, Ford agreed to buy back on the 23rd of December and I got my check on the 20th of February. Tennessee allows 60 days for completion from time of agreement, and they took it.
I was lucky and did not have to go through any...
It has been about two months since I have posted on here because I have not wanted to air my business about my car while I was working with Ford and the BBB on a buy back of my car due to vibration issues. Well, last Thursday I signed papers accepting the offer from Ford. I turned the car/keys...
I am by no means questioning his care for his car. I was merely commenting on how difficult it would be to keep a car looking new when living in a highly populated area.
I don't know if it is just a reflection but that looks like one heck of a dent in the fender behind the door handle. I would hate parking lots like that but considering the area where he lives, any parking space is a good one.
thanks... The car is now back at the shop for the second time. I hope it is resolved sooner than the last time. They had it 34 days last time and has been there for 3 so far this time. If this were my only means of transportation, I would really be in a spot.
I just took mine back today so they could open another work order for the vibration issues. I am also contacting the BBB to start a claim in hopes that Ford will buy the car back. The service manager agrees the vibration is still very noticeable and is unsure of what could be done that hasn't...
I'm not sure how I am going to handle the car thing just yet but if I am able to get out of my Mustang, I doubt I will get another. I would hate to go through the same thing again. I am kinda ticked about the whole thing because I like everything about the car (minus the vibration).
Size options are limited if you use stock Ford lights. I bought another blank grill and moved the lights in about an inch or so towards the center. I think it looks better this way.
Sad thing is that it is sitting in a box because I am returning my car to stock because of vibration issues...
I got mine back from Ford a couple of days ago. They replaced the driveshaft and the differential and had my car from Oct. 27th through Dec. 2. The vibration that was noticeable at 60 is a little less noticeable but the vibration at 70 is just as bad if not worse. I plan on putting about 500...
Well, spoke with the dealership today and was told a new differential was on order. They told me there were three different types of diffs and the one that was in my car was not the correct one. I was aware of the trackpack diff and the standard diff, so what is the other option?
