I drove my wifes uncles C8 3LT vert and I was fairly underwhelmed as well. Styling of the narrow body C8s is very bleh too
Now the Z06, that car is night and day different from the stingray. I ended up buying a 2LZ coupe last year. No delamination issues, no vert top rattles or issues, lighter...
nothing too crazy. No tuning yet for these. Bought an extended warranty so won’t do much motor wise. The stock exhaust on these is amazing and I love it can start in track exhaust. I might consider an AWE one in the future.
car has been fully PPFd and ceramic coated, splash guards, grille...
I ended up selling my 350R and picked up a 2025 2LZ Z06 with Z07 package with plenty of other options back at the end of June. Got 10K off MSRP and got it done before the stop sale.
The car is fantastic. Totally different dynamic than the 350R. I do really miss having a manual though
Years back I purchased a DCTMS carbon & leather steering wheel for my 350R that I never used. I believe this will fit all 2015-17 mustangs. This is setup with red stitching and red stripe at 12 oclock on the wheel. Perfect for the GT350R interior.
Steering wheel is brand new as I never...
Damn i didnt even realize it was 10 years to the day lol.
I always have some regret on not getting white stripes on my LB 350R. I always throw around the idea of getting white ones but feel conflicted removing the originals.
Ive always said since I can't afford a 05-06 Ford GT that someday I want to get a Superlite GT-R replica. Pissed I missed the hertiage painted on last year for 125k on BaT
That garage is absolutely incredible as well. Well done all around!
My R is a 2017 MY and built right at the end of the 2017 production run. I believe 942 is the highest R number plate. My blend date was 9/5/17, built 9/13/17, delivered to dealer in MI on 10/7/17, and i received it 10/17/17 after having it shipped to me
I'll sell my 17R with 3.5k on it for 85,000 right now then :cwl: (just kidding, i love the car and can't bring myself to sell it unless i got desperate)
