Upon closer inspection these have two shallow dings in the stainless piece that were marked with the blue arrows. The same side has white paint on the lower edge.

These have very nice chrome trim around them. I don't have the VIN as they had already been removed from a vehicle when I purchased them. The right side has a little white paint around the lower part of the rubber molding so I can only assume and owner was unhappy and made whatever body shop did...
