My Ruby Red with the Stock Foundry wheels.

I picked mine up on Thursday. I think I did alright on the way home seeing as this is my first manual transmission. I did stall in the dealer parking lot, though....twice. :doh:

Mine arrived at the dealer on Saturday, 5/23 and I picked it up Thursday, 5/28.

The edd was 5/25, not 5/27. I just checked again and COTUS changed to in transit. Yikes! It may very well get here sooner than I was anticipating.

My edd changed from 6/5 to 5/27 overnight, but still shows awaiting shipment. I suppose I won't know that date could be true until it says in transit.

As of this morning, mine also says awaiting shipment.

Does anyone know if the hood struts have a fail-safe mechanism in place to prevent the hood from falling on you in the event that they break? The odds are probably slim that they would both fail at the same time, but just in case. I imagine if one of them did quit working, the other strut...

COTUS shows my estimated delivery is supposedly 6/4/2015. The window sticker link shows a blend of 5/11/2015.

Oh my gosh. The difference in sound between the block plate being on and after it was taken off was amazing. The sound gave me chills.

Ahhh, the frameless window. That's one of the things that attracts me to the Mustang. I also love the look of the door when the window is down. That does go for any car door with a frameless window, though. I believe it stems from watching Knight Rider.

Okay, cool. The car won't be going to any race tracks. It'll just be driven to and from work and occasional freeway driving. I'm pretty boring, I guess. :)

Did you also consider the 3.55 rear? In all the discussions I've read in various threads, I'm pretty sure I understand the difference between the different ratios. I'm not getting the performance package, so it's just stock or upgrade to 3.55 for me. 95% of my daily drive are streets, but...

How far into the order were you before you cancelled it? Did you have any estimated build dates and all that, yet? If only my lease ended in October. I wouldn't have so much anxiety. Haha I am also considering making two lease payments a month up until I get delivery so I can skip...
