I do not even feel like GT350 is an upgrade over GT... GT is a better value for long term day to day ownership, GT350 is for those who either plan to autox/track it or appreciate shelby iconic status. But it definitely is an upgrade in term of more money spent.

2nd gen manual has close gear ratios I really enjoy. But if you are an auto guy, then 3rd gen is def. better.
