Hi Lorne! I dont really see the reason in getting rid of it at this point unless the perfect buyer reaches out and it just makes sense. I havent owed anyting on it for over 7 years now. It doesnt cost very much to own and it hasnt been in the way yet. I think the only thing that makes sense is...

T7R Update! SO Ive wanted these wheels forever. I dont know why exactly but the style seems very fitting for the 'US S-Chassis' (dont come at me for that...) A little history - the T7R's were made in sized from 15"-19" for the 1 pc wheels. The 2P's still come in other/larger sizes. The 19"...

OH WOW! Look at me forgetting to update this for the last 4 years... Welp, the car is still here - shocker. Up until the spring of 2024, this car has stayed pretty much the exact same. No real changes. No real updates. But, there are a couple little aesthetic changes that held me over for just...

Steeda Q-Series. It’s essentially a GT350 (non-R) track pack spoiler from the earlier cars but it’s “Stick-On/3m on” so there’s no drilling or anything.

  7. The Photography Hangout Thread

My previous reply made me realize that I havent been sharing most of my work in places lately and I think It might be something I should start doing again. So, over the past year Ive traveled a decent amount and shot other things that havent been my car or my "stuff." Its also pretty apparent...

You are very correct. Not sure what happened but I know that I've been absent for quite some time. Had some stuff go wrong on the car and missed almost an entire year due to Covid of doing fun things. Keeping with the theme, here is my contribution of one of the few times I was able to do...
  9. Photograph of the Month - January 2022. Guidelines in post #1 - Updated

Realized I posted the same shot from a couple years ago in the December 2021 comp; won't happen again.😅😅 THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT ANYWAYS! Here's one I know I haven't posted! 1B0A9675 by Benjamin Martens, on Flickr

Didn't realize people could comment back on these things. These are Vorsteiner V-FF 107's in 20x10's and 20x11's. I have been told they are no longer made and haven't seen them on cars recently but you can still find them online - unsure if they can be purchased still.

I started to have some conversation in a different thread. I've attributed it to a couple different reasons. 1: my dampening is/was too high. I need to soften them up even if this wasn't going to happen. 2: Steedas mounts are way too rigid and I'm surprised there aren't many many more failures...
  12. BMR Suspension's New S550 Rear Upper SHOCK MOUNTS: SM760 - Design Finalized!

100% correct. The actual photos were of the first prototype that I created. The CAD that is shown is actually Rev 3. Before diving right into the “production-ready” version I wanted to check the other stuff right off. Rev 3 stuff will get tested tomorrow/Saturday. Also not shown; I’m using a...
  13. BMR Suspension's New S550 Rear Upper SHOCK MOUNTS: SM760 - Design Finalized!

While I agree that would be much simpler, I’m thinking from a standpoint where “someone” who had this issue could just bolt up the plate in the location and weld. Originally I had thought the same. Just cut it all away and weld a section where the humps were. Two things, where you have your...
  14. @Benjamn_Martens / 2015DIBGT build thread

It's definitely been a while since an update has been posted here. The car is still around and still causing me headaches. I had an issue where my rigid shock mount caused my bolts to sheer out of the body. I can confirm no metal on metal contact ever happened; I am thinking most likely...
