Guess you never heard of Audi/BMW, who charge 15k more for the same thing. lol
Oh my goodness, let this thread be void of vulgarity already!!
I'll never get tired of pointing out what a waste of time it is whine about something that is "subjective".
I've owned/raced more Mustangs than most...
Same here. After owning many new Mustang GT's over the years, I got interested in Ford performance AWD cars. Bought a one year old '14 SHO, fully loaded, ran 13.7 bone stock on a cool day. But coming from a '13 Mustang GT, car was too big for my liking. Traded on a new '16 GT, great car, but...
It's funny how the Commie/Left ignores their own reprehensible actions. Actually, it's not funny at all.
People who have malformed into Leftist automatons never seek the truth, much less point it out. Here, let me help ...

You know how all this is going to end, don't ya?
Kommie dopers will continue to mindlessly attack President Trump, and the more they investigate, the more their own lies and corruption will be exposed.
Because left to themselves, they will eat their own.

Gotta love forums ...
People debating everything, and literally nothing. lol
Still, it's a great place to get info ... of both the correct and completely wrong variety.
Oh well.
My math isn't "off", you changed the parameters of my illustration.
Most GT owners use Prem, and most ST owners use Prem. For their segment they are the higher performing cars, so people want the best performance That's the way it is, and that's why it's the only fair comparison.
Don't worry...
Testing proves the 10 spd auto is faster, the manual trans is slower. That was the whole point of my comment about the Bullitt maybe matching the SS with it's 20+ hp. Maybe, but not certainly.
The proper spelling is "Bullitt". Secondly, if straight line is your thing then the manual trans only...
Where's your data?
The SS 1LE does 0-60 mph in 4.1/quarter 12.4@116 mph.
With 20 hp less than the untested Green Stang, the manual trans 18 Mustang GT runs 4.3/12.6@115 mph.
The movie car might equal the 1LE's acceleration with it's extra ponies. Maybe ...
So if you can stand the Camaro's...
I also had both cars, no way a Coyote is getting 27-31 mpg, more like 17 mpg combined.
ST gets ~25 mpg, a significant increase over the GT. That's the real world difference.
Doing the math, if you drive 1,000 miles/month the Stang eats 59 gallons whereas the ST uses 40.
Noting the National...
Don't sweat it brother.
After owning 10 Mustangs and living in the snow belt, I traded my 16 GT and also got an EcoBoost ... but in a different flavor with 2.7L and AWD.
It's all good bro.
