Wheel seems good, they're even sort of light weight. I wouldn't expect them to hold up to much abuse (potholes and such) because they don't specify the forging process (so assume the worst).

Tires, not so much. I'd definitely shop around for tires. If you haven't heard of the brand, that's a bad sign.

Those offset wheels/tires being so staggered WILL give you some healthy understeer if you care about handling. 255s in the front and 285s in the rear. Its not a ton worse than the factory PP setup, but it going to understeer more than the factory setup. If you go get other tires, you can mitigate that by mounting 265 wide tires in the front.

Ohtsu is Falken. They are a decent tire for the money.

14K miles on my SVE wheels (I went with BFG Comp 2 A/S tires) , shitty roads, potholes, dirt roads, highway, drag strip - zero issues. Drives arrow straight and smooth at highway speeds.

Which SVE wheels? They make a bunch and they're not all the same construction.

Yeah, thats a flow formed wheel which will have a stronger barrel (more resistant to getting bent) than the wheel in question.

Those are ugly as hell.

I track on SVE 350 wheels and their black finish isn't great, but they've held up.

But those wheels... yeeeeuuuck! :)

Ohtsu tires? No thanks.

I didn't like to say the same.. But I fully agree.. too Blingy for a Mustang.
You are more blunt than I am.
I have gone with the R350 wheels over the Apex EC-7's.

Nice Wheels

I have LMR's Series 3 wheels. Also listed as Cast Aluminum construction. I hit a curb with a major glancing blow going 55-60 mph. I stopped right away to look. The tire was still holding air. I drove it on home. I drove race cars for much of the 1990's and tore up a lot of wheels during that time. I would consider these wheels very tough. I've attempted to attach a photo from that day. I like the Series 2 wheels a lot too and some days I wish I'd gone with them. I know nothing about the tires in the package that you are looking at. Hope this helps.
