Those that are getting VINs today, have you received build dates? One person stated they have an April 9th build. Curious to know if that means Ford is making some orders 2019 models based on the fact 2018 ends around Mar 20th (based on the production schedule posted here)

No build date but I would think it's far too early for a MY2019 build?

18MY on order
Ordered January 24 and got my VIN today. Dealer confirmed production around March 05. Checked COTUS and showing up as In Order Processing.
Live Chat with Ford Performance confirmed production on week of March 05.

Sweet got a VIN yesterday, build week of 3/5 and EDD of 3/22 which is a week or so earlier than I expected.

Got my EDD of 4/18. ordered on 12/20. anyone think that my salesman can do anything about this to push it up? 15 weeks after ordered....not 6-8

I was thinking about doing the same thing but I'm not sure if the dealer has any say. However, we do have to take away 4 weeks due to the holiday shut down and then the plant shut down. I myself would be looking at a total of 19 weeks. (15 not including shutdowns)

My EDD is 5-11 ordered 12-26. Thanks to DukeGaGa for the help.:cheers: I am ok with this now but after the April showers wash the salt off I may change my attitude. :frusty:

Finally got a vin and edd of 4/8/18 after ordering my car on 12/5/17.
Question, cotus says "ordered on 1/10/2018". Is it normal to have the ordered on date be over a month after the actual date you ordered the car??

Anyways, 16 weeks to get the car lol, but it's all good...I'd rather wait longer than compromise on the options I want!

Are you sure the dealership actually ordered your car on 12/5/17? It sounds like you car was actually ordered on 1/10/18. The order date should be correct on Cotus. Order date on Cotus for my car is correct.
