Anybody know if the new 2018 analog gauge with the halo lighting would fit into the 15 more easily then the 12” digital?
Halo lighting? The analog cluster is easy (well should be anyways). Uses the same trim, same size, etc.

PM me for software Forscan beta. I was able to turn off the active exhaust error, so I would imagine we could add as long as we have the exhaust and whatever module to open close the valve in the exhaust. I plan on doing this as well possibly in a while.
I need to do this I keep getting the active exhaust not available on the 350 cluster, not a biggie but I will have to mess with Fordscan soon :D

Nice one. I don't quite get what you mean when you say "nav". Is it the SatNav? I thought that was part of Sync 3?
Nav = navigation. Part of 401a or you can still buy it as a standalone option.

You will probably need to swap your SCCM module for those switches to work... Probably requires a newer firmware. I would try making the SCCM edits and see if it accepts the changes to match the 2018 switches. It may fail writing like some other vehicles do.

I think my active exhaust code was located in 720-03-02 I changed from
D818 001C to C818 000C for the 2018 LCD Cluster

It was in the 720-10-01 that changed my active exhaust and also the drive mode switches working
In 724-03-01 cruise control working code change
I noticed nothing change wise in the 720-05-01 and 720-03-02 when I played with the as built

It is cool that Drag Strip drive mode is there! Is that with 2016 ABD in the cluster for that 720-06-01 line? Does the drag strip mode seem to do anything?
I changed the 720-05-01 from D838 0000 003D to D038 0000 0035
I changed the 720-10-01 from 2000 0000 0058 to 1000 0000 0048
I changed the 720-03-02 from D818 001C to C818 000C

And used the rest from a 2018 Ford Mustang GT Premium Convertible 401A without Adaptive Cruise Control ( I don't have that ).
That is all I changed so far, it has been very cold and snowy and I have not touched my car all week.

IT WAS IN THE 720-10-01 THAT CHANGED MY ACTIVE EXHAUST AND THE DRIVE MODE SWITCHES WORKING.

Is the switch working as it should? Is it plugged in all the way?

Yeah it was in all the way and worked as it should. It was just a guess on my end there must be something else causing the cluster to chime. I thought it could be the switch since if you unplug and open the driver door it will chime until you shut the door even if the lights are off.

Just now finding this, and the PM from the other badass named Ray..

Just ordered the rest of my parts. Will keep you all updated too.

EDIT: Excited to get this all working with you guys. Going through an autoswap too.. So the car is a wreck. Hahah..

The IG video was of my automatic cluster, plugged into a manual car. Just to see if it would even function or if it would be a paper weight..

You did not happen to find the part for the heated steering wheel with the pony button did you?

I have a feeling we will need to change the steering wheel (wiring inside) and the SCCM Module to get full function of the Cluster.
