Curious to see what they say. My ID1050x injectors arrived today and I installed them right away. Unfortunately no base file as promised by Palm Beach Dyno. I spoke to Mike at 11:30am AZ time and he promised to send the file and instructions within 30 minutes. Don't know what's going on over there, but they appear to be too busy to pay attention to customer service. The guys there are really friendly, but I'm beginning to loose my faith in them. I'm afraid it's going to take weeks to get revisions sent back/fourth, etc. Hopefully they get me my file tomorrow so I can send them my first log and get this project moving. Ugg!
I spoke with Rob earlier, he didn’t forget about you, they ran into some technical issues and were unable to resolve them until after they closed he was back home.

Rob at PBD made a ton of progress today. Already has the drivability with the new ID1050x's just about nailed and WOT pulls are smooth. He want's me to make some more WOT pulls in the morning to work on the transmissions shifting. This has been a much faster and easier process than I originally thought and Rob has been a pleasure to work with. Thanks again to you guys that recommend them!

This is great news!!! Congrats on the quick success :) Any thoughts on the boost box and how it's reading boost? This makes me so excited to get moving along with mine.

I'll configure the boost box into my logs in the morning and report back. My expectations are very low however!

Update: Rob requested a WOT street pass so he could see how the transmission shifts in automatic mode. Logs looked great and car was very smooth and felt strong considering the extreme heat. just a tiny bit of knock up high in the rev's, but to be expected since it was literally 112 degrees outside when I made the pull. The drivability is awesome and feels like a stock car. He made a small change to my cold start that I'll give a shot and log in the morning. I'm very pleased with the results and can't wait to get some more time behind the wheel.

As for the Lund omega boost box. So far it's a flop. It's still showing 5-7" of vacuum at idle and between 2 and 3 psi of boost. I'm looking forward to hearing what Lund has to say when you talk to them because it would be really nice to see what the boost number is for reference.

I've done the log they requested and sent it, I hope to hear something monday when they are back to work. I am loving the news around your tune and PBD experience :)

Got bored with the wheels on the car and ordered a budget drag wheel setup. Still need tires for them, but this is a start. More to come.

I just order 17x4.5 and 17x9.5 racestars off jegs 687 shipped, summit has a coupon code - 50years $25 off 250 and $50 off 500 I would use that on tires but make 2 separate orders lol to get most money off.

I should have done the racestars, but ended up doing Motegi wheels. No word from Lund today, kind of disappointing. I did take the Mustang in to work today, too much traffic to stretch the legs tho.

I heard from Lund today about the boost box. After reviewing my log, they told me that the calibration is wrong. I confirmed with them that I did follow the instructions to a "t" ad nauseam. They offered for me to send the device back to them for testing. I uninstalled it after work and will get it shipped out tomorrow... saga continues

Boost box has been shipped back to Lund, now we wait.

But while we wait, the front runners arrived today:

That sucks about the OMEGA box, I have a friend dealing with the same thing. He just finished programing it, putting in the info to a tee, and it reads -7in.hg at idle...something is def wrong here.

Either you both received defective sensors, or they gave you the wrong transfer function for their new Omega sensors

Rear drag wheels are in. They weighed in at 20.1 lbs. Keep in mind, the purpose is budget drag setup :) Can't wait to load 'em with rubber!!
