I might do it whenever I get some times. I quit apple couple years ago. Problem is if I do it Apple Store won't let me publish it. I will have to give y'all the .IPA (which is easy to install even if you're not jailbroken).

Currently in a 2017 loaner Ford Fusion.

The SYNC display (full size screen) in this vehicle has color coded soft touch buttons on screen such as "Audio", "Climate", "Phone", "Settings" and "Apps".

Meaning, when the user touches one of those above selections, the color of the "button" is different for each selection and remains that color. For instance, the Audio selection is red.

Has anyone found where in the S550 As Built coding the SYNC or MyTouch screen or button colors can be changed to a variety - rather than just the standard issued "day" or "night" configuration?

I enabled nav in motion on my car and do not get the "English selected" message. Everything functions as normal.

Changes highlighted menu choice to different colors (Audio, Climate, Phone, Nav, Apps, Settings) from standard blue.

Is this on a Sync 2 or Sync 3 system? I'd love to see confirmation (or otherwise) from someone who has tried the nav lockout fix on a Sync 3 system with success.

I enabled nav in motion and don't get the English Selected message either, but the clock jumped ahead 5 hours.

I want to activate navigation in sync2, but I'm not sure what SD card version I need to buy for Europe. Is it the A5?

No it's F5 for Europe, it's 2016 version even if maps insider are last updated on 2013..

Lost 911 Assist Solved

I found a post that states that 911 assist is loaded during a sync update with the car running. Since my mustang had 3.8 installed when I had the APIM programmed during my MFT upgrade from the stock 4" screen, I was missing the 911 assist. Since I already had 3.8 installed, I searched for a way to force a update using 3.8, but found nothing. I then found a post that describes how to downgrade from 3.8 to 3.7. I downloaded 3.7 and following the instructions I downgraded sync to 3.7. After sync 3.7 installed, 911 assist was loaded/appeared. I then upgraded back to 3.8 and all is good. Thanks to "13sport" from the Explorer Forum.

if you have a 2015 then you have different version of sync I believe.

Enabled DRL Selection:
726-50-01: XXxx

XX:

01 = Disabled / Parking Lights Only (See change below)
02 = Low Beams
04 = Front Fog Lamps
08 = Front Turn Lamps
10 = Dedicated DRL Lights (LED Light Bars/Strips) - Enables BCM DRL Outputs - C2280F Pins 36 (Right) and 40 (Left)
20 = High Beams
40 = Low Beams and Dedicated DRL Lights

So after I turned on the parking lamp DRLs I've noticed that the front "gill lights" dim during the day whenever my parking brake is disengaged.

Does the bolded above pertain to the gill lights? Does it force them to be bright during the day even if the parking lamps are on?
