The flag concept is interesting but the rest is awful. With that said I think all striped look silly so who knows.

Is it me or the new front lip is too much it looks like it has two front spoilers and too big?

Nope, not just you. Buuut I don't like giant/long front lips in general.

It's kinda 'Murica... but I actually like the flag position. I think it'd be nicer if it was almost a ghost graphic - either flat/matte orange or just a slightly darker orange in this case, so that it was barely visible.

Now, I really like the Roush. If it had a 4:09 rear gear I would buy it in a heart beat. A truly gorgeous car.

Nope I believe that is stage 2 you need 70k plus for stage 3
