I am planning on adding BLIS and Adaptive CC to my car.

The parts are not the big issue, but some of the connectors are.

Does anybody know which connectors are used to connect the BLIS sensors? I mean C4369 and C4370.

And some same question for the radar sensor. What is the connector used for C1582?

Has anyone achieved this already and could give me some hints?

Any hint is appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

I'm with you on this one. I think the best thing to do is to separate them into two distinct projects.

For BLIS Here are the Mirror Part #s available

Edit: Found a for sale add on ebay for a part number with BLIS/Memory/Puddle lights. On pictures, part # was

I did a lot of research and ordered all parts :-)

And it is not that easy :-( Once you have the mirrors, you need the following things too:
1)
Missing connections in the door wire harness.
2)
Missing terminals in the body-2-door connectors (C311/C313). This is really tricky, because the terminals are not sold by Ford separately. Probably by Mouser. I found a different solution and will use different unused terminals in these connectors.
3)
The regular wiring should not be an issue.
4)
The BLIS modules and their brackets.
5)
I still do not know the connectors for the BLIS modules, but I found some on Ebay of some other Ford model (most of Ford models use the same BLIS modules).
6)
The programming is rather simple. On setting in the IPC and validate in both BLIS modules that they are actually enabled (including CTA).

Now I am waiting for the parts to arrive and then I can start plugging it all together :-)

Awesome, please keep me updated. Are you upgrading a premium mustang or a base model?

My car is 2015 Ecoboost Base Automatic.

It has literally 0 features added in. Its about to be paid off in June and I want to start upgrading it.

EDIT: I wanted to ask how you got the wiring info about the mustang? I have a huge amount of work ahead of me and could use the help.

I am not aware of anybody who has successfully done this. The F150 guys did it and you find all information here:
https://www.f150forum.com/f118/adaptive-cruise-control-added-373799/

The parts are a little different. The basic steps are:
1)
ACC module + ACC backet + bolts + nuts
2)
ACC module wiring
3)
New Cruise Control switch
4)
Maybe new ABS module
5)
Head-up display (and maybe defroster grill) and wiring
6)
Maybe a new lower bumper grill
7)
Programming

Basically that's it. I am waiting for the parts to arrive at my place and then I can start putting it all together. Since I am also adding PDC front+back and BLIS at the same time this could take a little while.

Thats funny, I'm working to add ACC to my 2017 F150 as well and have been following those threads. Thank you for keeping this thread updated.

As a major point, the ACC WILL work without the heads up display. That is a potential cost savings if you don't care to have the flashing light.

For the Mustang the heads up display is actually quite cheap. I got it for around $40.

Another thing is the defroster grille which is quite expensive, but the F150 has a separate cover which just needs to be replaced by the display. And of course there is the extra wiring necessary.

Interested in what you come up with for the lower grille. I want to put in a custom lower grille that matches the GT "fang" grille, but from everything I've read, it isn't going to work with the ACC

I have the "correct" one already in place. I have a V6 base model which has exactly the grill which is used for ACC.

So I made it: BLIS is installed and working :-)

The full process is quite lengthy and not that easy. Therefore I will put the outline here only.

First you need parts. A lot of them:
* 2 BLIS sensors (quite cheap at ebay)
* 2 brackets and 4 screws for the BLIS sensors
* 2 connectors for the BLIS sensors
* new mirror glasses with BLIS indicator (US version: FR3Z-17K707-D and FR3Z-17K707-G)
* some more connectors and termials, cables, electrical tape

And now the steps:
* remove the rear bumper
* mount the BLIS sensor brackets and the sensors
* add the missing cables in the back and the trunk
* be careful about the CAN bus cables, sadly the official wiring diagrams have some glitches, but you can correct this if you check the "+" and "-" at the BCMB and the BLIS sensors. The wiring of the left and the right sensor is slightly different. The right side gets ground two times to tell the sensor that it is on the left side.
This is how it looks so far:
https://mustang6.de/upload/server/php/files/5832/IMAG0034.png

And now the difficult things start:
* pull a cable from the sensor to the mirror on each side
* sadly the body-to-door connector does not have the terminals (neither female not male) in place (female: Mouser 538-33012-3022-LP bzw. MX150 F TIN 18/20 AWG)
* the male counter part I recycled from a used door wiring harness
* add the BLIS wire to the door wiring harness (a little tricky to get the wiring harness out of the door)
* add the BLIS wire and the BLIS connector (JST 02R-JWPF-VSLE-S) to the mirror wiring harness
* change the mirror glass
The result should look like this:
https://mustang6.de/upload/server/php/files/5832/IMAG1970.png

And the last step is changing the programming:
First enable CTA and BLIS in the IPC (instrument cluster).
720-01-01 xxxx xxxx *xxx 6 --> 7
720-03-01 *xxx xxxx 2 --> 6

Then configure your VIN in the BLIS sensors (SODR and SODL). Just copy your VIN from the ABS module to the positions 7C4-08-01 and 7C6-08-01. Please mind the different configuration length.

It was quite a lot of work and it was quite difficult to get all the necessary parts. But it is managable :-)

Hope this helps a bit.
