Was looking at the Sai Li fuel system, wondering at what HP does it max out at? Going to be using it with a supercharger charger around 850rwhp. Wondering if I should just skip it and get something else

With the base Sai Li kit, you'd probably be right at the limits of it on E85 at that power level.

You can go with Sai Li for that goal I would suggest moving to ID1300's too. A fore kit with 465's will do it easily as well and is more upgradable. But obviously it it 2x the price.

To clearly answer your question though, with 1300's you can touch 1000whp on the Sai Li kit. I've read a ton on this kit as I am at the tail end of making my decision on a fuel system as well.

You going with the Sai Li kit? If so, which hosing option, push lock, braided or PTFE? I'm considering it also.

Parts list!!!! I was hoping someone would do it themselves; I knew it could be done cheaper! Seriously, pics and a list or it didn’t happen ;)

I’d order it all today if I could do it for $650!! Where did you find the Lethal Harness at as a stand alone? I couldn’t find it as something I could buy outside of the kit.

Are you using a BAP with the the GT350 pump?

SoCalTim - I am torn still...I have bought everything so far with the expectation I would need more. I never plan on going above ~900whp so I am not sure it makes sense to spend $1500 on a fuel system when after I sell my BAP I would only be out of pocket ~450 plus $200 for the Tune. But if Tommy V has a parts list and I can do it for -$650 and sell my BAP my decision is made up :)

No bap.I will take some pics of everything,kcc0521 looked all the parts up for me.Me and him will put a parts list together of everything we ordered and where we ordered it from
The harness I bought from lethal when they had the 15% off sale, ending up.being $135.U could build it a little cheaper but the lethal harness is a nice piece, the 350 connector alone is $35 plus u need 2 good relays, fuse links and so on.The upgrades we did would put the Sai li kit well over a 1k.Just so everyone's knows I'm not trying to sell fuel sysyems,Me or Probably Ken will give u guys a detailed list of parts prices, and vendors so if u want to do your own u can.Again my will be installed tomorrow as long as we don't get a blizzard tonight.

To save people the hassle I can prob offer the harness on it's own for less than the $170+shipping that Lethal has it for...This would be using a dual relay set up in a fuse box and OE connector for the pumps, wiring would be identical to what needs to be done for theirs

- Connect reds to battery
- Connect green to trigger on pumps(FPCM)
- Connect blacks to grounds
- Connect fuel level sender wires together

Just one pump with no BAP? Just want enough pump to run E85 and no more room?

The gt350 is a twin pump setup.
Oh ok. Sorry, didn’t see the “s” after pump and thought you were doing one.
