Hey guys,

Wanted to share how my 18 ran this past weekend down here in hot/ humid south Louisiana.

The car is an A10 3.55 with BMR complete Cradle Lock out and drag pack with a Flex Fuel tune.

DA 2600, 87º degrees, 90% humidity, sat in the staging lanes due to serious inconveniences delaying each car running, so by the time I staged, IATs were in the 140s for each pass. Still trying to get the hang of launching it so my best 60' was on this slip. I know with more experience, better 60' and less delays with lower IATs, I could have ran 11.6s - 11.7s at least. When the weather gets cooler, I will be returning with long tubes and race fuel to run 10s.

With that MPH, there is a 11.6-11.7 in there :) . A couple of questions,
what size tires and rims in that drag pack ? I was about to buys a setup and those looks pretty good.

What Rpm's where you launching at?

Tire pressure on the rears?

All this info is good to know.

Again good job

I was stalling up to 2200-2400 rpm, I wanted to try 1000 rpm flashing it but only got to run 4 times in a 2.5 hour period, so I was ready to go home.

26 x 5 front runners and 28" ET Street R 305/45-17 @ 24psi, no traction problems whatsoever.

I was very pleased with how it was doing, despite the weather and conditions. I put the car on the dyno to compare stock vs 93 tuned vs e70 tuned, and the car was ran at the track on E70.

For my 10 second goal, I will attempy with VP 102-109 octane, mix VP with an ethanol blend, or Ignite E90.

Great times and trap in the heat. That is easy 11.5 car in good air. You running stock or open intake?

Stock air box with sound tube delete and a K&N drop in filter.

Congrats! Dont want to rain on this parade, but long tubes and "race gas" wont get you 10's.

In 4000ft DA, my 2018 has gone 11.69@121 with a Lund e85 tune, drag radials, and JLT cold air--- (dont waste your money on this).

That' a nice bump! Long tube headers and exhaust are really bumping the 18s better than the 15-17. How bout some cams?

I recently installed long tubes this past weekend. I am working on finalizing the transmission tune on the street and will completely rework the VCT with the addition of the long tubes to make sure there is no hidden power there. I will again due a 93 vs E70 comparison once VCT tuning is complete. Hopefully I can have this done early September.
