windshield wash jets

Has anyone ever experienced an issue where they seem to be clogged? My passenger side one sprays barely any like something is jammed in there. My drivers side one is acting like it cannot even make it through the nozzle and is dripping out the back side of the fitting.

I originally accredited this to the cold weather but definitely is not the case.

Is there and easy way to pop these off and check them? do they get clogged?

I had a similar slow flow problem with a Dodge after I put the alcohol based winter washer fluid in....it completely ruined the sprayers....
