Whipple tune help

Got the whipple all installed and trying to do the crank relearn and am having some issues. It’s throwing codes P0390 P0394 P0315 P0345 P0349. It stars but runs like shit any ideas??

The motor has to be running and operating at normal engine temperature to do the crank relearn.

It’s running like complete shit tho, and I’m nervous AF to hit 4k

Did you do an oil pump gear install at the same time? If so, it sounds like the timing isn't right or there's a wire harness problem with the camshaft position sensors.

I did do the OPG and I’m thinking the timing is off. A friend is bringing over ford PID? to verify it is the timing before we pull it apart.

I want to know how the car is supposed to run after you install a whipple and tune ?? Like should it start and run just fine or does it run like shit before you do a crank relearn???

Mine started right up and idled fine after install. Did the crank relearn after it warmed up a bit idling, then took it for a drive. It shouldn't run like crap unless something is wrong.

Mine run fine, but the check engine light was on.I had to do a crank relearn to turn check engine off.

After uploading the Whipple calibration I had a bit of an idle surge after the first start but other than that the car ran and drove fine.

Almost certain the timing is off. When I did my OPG somebody recommended taking a cell phone picture of the crank gear with the chain installed to make sure the blue link is lined up. I looked from above and the blue link looked like it was aligned with the hash mark on the CG. When I took a picture the blue link was off by a tooth.

Your timing is off. Even if crank relearn is needed, it runs fine. The codes you have are accurate.

Sure was, got it all fixed and now is running like a champ!
