Brake pads still have some decent life left in them, but I don't know if you would want to start with fresh pads or not. It wouldn't really affect the price other than a slight shipping difference (the 4 brake pads are nearly 5lbs)

Yes they do. Any wheel that comes as an option at all on the 15-17s should clear these, especially if it comes on any GT trim.
