as long as nobody sticks a probe up your exhaust , they can only charge based on the information the DVLA have on file, I had my 3 year old diesel car MOT'D a few weeks ago , they now have a dongle that connects to the OBD port so they're sure the car that's being tested is the one in the workshop.


That'll knacker the dial a MOT lot like this muppet in 2010, in 4 months he tested 2463 vehicles without a single fail
