Apparently Michelin is adding 30 more sizes to the 4s lineup next month, I’m hoping it’s this size as my new wheels arrive next month.

now the second big question is, are you going 295 or 305?
Either should work well with 10.5" wide wheels but I'm about to get a smokin' deal on some 295s. My wheel guy likes to match tread width to wheel width and 295s are 10.4, 305s are 10.7 on MPSS.
I'd probably go 305s with G2s based on recent feedback.

did you ever consider going 11", and if so or if not, any reason why you didnt? Is there enough room, would the wheel wideners not be able to do 1/2" increments, etc? I figure if I were to do this and spend this much, I'd try to go as wide as possible without rubbing...go big or go home, right?

As a reminder, I'm getting a pair of CS wheels widened...
Could go 11+ with spacers, but I'd rather not go that route. At 10.5 there is almost .5" clearance which is plenty. Eric could probably get me .1" increments if needed. Don't plan on boost so it'll be fine. Boost just seems to snowball forever...been there, done that (snowballing downhill that is).
I'm toying with the idea of red anodize lug nuts but don't see any good ones that don't look huge. I fear the smaller ones won't like 150 ft-lb of torque. And then 4 locking ones adds to the search problem.

I asked here since tire rack has no data on them and doesn't sell them. I like the spider charts on their test reports. As you can see from my local DT, price is not even much of a factor for 305s...

I have owned both, the mpss are worth every penny extra. Not even comparable, the mpss is way better at everything and will last longer. The mpss traction advantage was worth 2/10 to 60 on my car.

Great advice on the MPSS guys. Got some 295s on CL, hardly used and wow what a difference. They might even be quieter than the stock near zeros...

Glad you got a good deal on the 295's. If money were not a concern, how would a 305 fit on the wheel? Better or worse in your opinion. I know some peeps like the tire tread to be as wide as the wheel (me) but some peeps like the tire to be not so wide...I contacted Michelin, they do not make a 305 in the MPSS4 and dont plan on doing so. So if I went with the S4, would have to go 295. I could do a pilot sport in 305, or Nitto in 305. Thanks for your help.

What about 305/35R19 MPSS on 10"s on the front? Would those clear the spring seat with a +35mm offset? It looks like the MPSS runs a little narrower in the tread and has a more rounded profile than a NT555G2 that looks more squared off.
