On my 2018 Mustang GT PP, on the handbrake, there is a small plastic piece on the end of the handbrake. It basically holds the leather part of the handbrake in place.

Oddly, mine doesn't sort of 'clip' into place.
Anyone else have a similar issue?

PS:
Not sure this is the right place for this thread. But, was a little confused on where I should place it...

Take it to the dealer and have them order a new one.

Finally got my car back. It was at the dealership since Monday. Got it back around 17:30 Eastern, today, 22nd June (in pouring rain!).

- deep scratch fix (filled, buffed, painted and buffed again)
- handbrake clip on the end replaced
- boot light fixed. Apparently, a part had to be ordered
- spare tyre: Ford want $399 for the tyre, then $400 for the jack. DEAD!

Oh, then I drove my car home, parked in the garage. There was a cat litter box hanging on the wall. While I was in the kitchen, I heard a band. And, yep, the litter box fell on my car.

Imagine, the garage has been empty ALL WEEK. But, the litter box decided to fall this evening. I was to mad to fully check the hood this evening. I will check it properly in day light tomorrow. Then again, not like there is anything I can do about it.

Lastly, this is all before I have made my first payment on it.

Priceless...

Most problems happen in the beginning or under 20k miles.

I think you and I have the same kind of luck.

The spare kit that Ford sells wont clear your Brembos. There are a couple of other threads about this on here from people "making one" etc. This link is the only one that you can actually purchase turn key. It is expensive, but well made, and his customer service is very good.
