I need to change up my suspension game. Going from road course oriented to more drag specific. I understand much of this will be shock settings and alignment but what do you suggest for a MT82 car? They seem to 60ft like a molasses drip in mid winter. (I was hoping I can change this with my 2step- a little boost off the line) and my 3.15 gearing.

Well, you will want to use a 28x10+" slick - naturally.

For the suspension, we wanna let the tire do the work more than the suspension absorb (like we do on a radial, we like the suspension to squat smoothly to absorb the hit a little)

A set of Viking B358AM shocks, BMR Handling Rear Springs / Drag Fronts....with a few tweaks here and there, and we can do some work.

For stick shift cars I like a stiff linear rear spring, and the front to sit really nice and low.

Cool, so I'm already pretty close. I'm running the 28x11.5 ETSR BP but plan to get it back on a Hoosier before too long.

Kelly, I'm trying to get my car ready for a set of turbos, what suspension mods should I put on my list? I want to be on the mid 9s with the stock 6 speed.

How about an 8.22 with a 1.18 sixty-foot using our "1.1 Sixty Foot Recipe"? Ariel Salinas's car is a BAD machine. Another Shrek Motorsports car doing WORK :eyebulge:

Mid 9's isn't easy, but should not be too difficult if you can make the power required.

For a stick shift turbo car, I would suggest starting with this round of mods:

SP089 Front Springs
SP088 Rear Springs
Viking B358AM Rear Shocks
CB005 Cradle Bushing Lockout Kit
BK081 Control Arm Bearing Upgrade
TCA046 Vertical Links
TR005 Toe Links
Ford Performance M-5A460-M Toe Link Knuckle Bearings

Then I would provide you with the alignment and shock setting data, after you acquire the components.

What springs would you recommend for a mid 9 second auto on a radial? My Eibach Sportlines are too low!
