I Ordered mine today and got it today. I had like 20 miles to empty to go. I filled up with E85. I waited 10 minutes before I left the station. My learning never went to 1 but alc% was 82.5. Should I reflash it again? Lund is closed until tomorrow. AFR was holding at 9.8 to 10

should be ok I ran e85 on my flex fuel tune for about 3-4 tank fulls and never got it to do the learned percentage on the ngauge. but it did correctly read the alcohol percentage even verified with my hp tuners vcm scanner. typically on a refill of gas anything more then 10% fill up will make it recalculate the percentage or anytime you do a kam reset or flash to a different tune. if your afr is between 9.8-10 your fine 9.85 is stoich for a 85% mixture so you are spot on.

Think I will have to reflash anyway when it finished it said ABS and steering assist failed please service. I don't have any codes or anything. Alch learn did change to 1 later today. Car runs way smoother I thought my 91 tune was smooth, but this one is really smooth rpms sneak up on you. works for me I was getting 14.0 mpg for $3.90+ a gallon. E-85 was $2.69 and I am getting 13.5 mpg with a heavy foot. CARB and CA 91 FTML:tsk:

after it loaded from the ngauge and the car was running it gave those errors? or while the process was going on ?

as long as there are no erros on screen when running it is ok, those error screens come up during the flashing process. even when im flashing the ecu with a tune from my hp tuners those warnigs come on in the dash once its complete and you shut off the ignition for a few seconds and then start car all is well. I enjoy my flex fuel tune also, although not from lunch its was added by me. still very good company to deal with.

the abs and steering warnings are normal after a flash. no probs. learning takes 10-15 miles and some idle time usually.

Just filled up with 93 octane. Ran the tank down to 18 miles to empty before i filled and the gas light never came on....at all. Weird no?

Was religiously coming on at a little below quarter tank before the FF tune. No big deal as it was/is a little annoying anyway. Gas prices here are through the roof so it pained me to pay $3.60 per gallon when E85 is still $2.65 but i want to rotate every 3 tanks.

This won't last. That reading is left over from the pump gas. Reset the trip odo and you'll see about 10.5 mpg on e85.

$3.60 sounds good $4.04 for premium in cali. . Only Place that have seen 3.65 gas is arco which causes me to knock in higher RPMs. So I cried a few tears of Joy when I pulled up to the E-85 pump and saw $2.65 :clap2:
