My "kit" came in today, having it done friday.Saw the retail on the box $1100.
:eyebulge:
I wonder what could possibly cost $1100?
I'm wanting my shop to get the kit from Ford and Ill pay my shop the labor to do the repair...but $1100 for the part kit....I may just have my buddy at the Ford dealership do it..

it is two molded brackets that look pretty robust but the price makes no sense.

I had mine installed yesterday. It is much better than it was, although looking at my before pictures, mine was not *too* bad...

See below.
This is before:

After (although it looks like it's not perfectly lined up, its' because of the line/shape of the bumper not being perfectly straight) :

While I would like mine better than it is, I think I will hold off unless it gets much worse.

The TSB states this is for 2015-2018 GT350s built before 2/26/18. I wonder what changes were made to the OEM parts and installation at the factory? Maybe the updated parts could be a more refined solution...

My car has a blend date of 3/15 so it should come from the factory with the fix. I will let you all know how the bumper gaps looks on my car once I get it.

Cool, thanks nordique14

Got any buds w a GT350 to compare? Not that you want to be tearing apart your new 350 but maybe get underneath to see if there’s anything obvious?

It will tell you how it will look.

It will look perfect in the first year. Less so in the following year, and it will look like my "before" pics after roughly 2 years from production.

Have had my car 5 months and it has been sitting most of the winter. Never noticed an issue with the rear bumper gap because I wasn't looking. Sure enough I've got a gap big enough I too can the the tab/fastener clips. This is after only 1200 miles and I discovered it only after I returned from Ford to get the trunk rub fixed. Now I have to go back and probably get the car back with more scratches on the spoiler and black trunk panel.
