Anyone else have an issue with the cloth seat material pulling away from the foam? My car has 20k miles.

The seat covers aren't attached to the foam, they're stretched over it so your separation is either stitching that let loose and created a loose section, or a section got stretched out. All the dealer will do is pull it and re-stretch it if that's the case.

I should have taken pics when I took my covers off. The seat is formed foam then the covers stretch over it.

I am pretty sure the cover sticks to the bottom of the seat , otherwise it gonna be loose.

it has a couple rows where cover has tabs that push into the foam into clips, mine came out about 6 in from the front.i .peeled back the front of cover and pushed back into clips w a screwdriver...check out the utube vids of seatcover installations on the 15 and up and you will see. Worked for me.

I have 6200 miles on my car and mine is starting to separate. This was one of the biggest reasons I didn't want to go with the premium because I've seen the leather start to wear and become loose. I didn't figure it'd be a problem with the cloth seats...

I've got nearly 60k on mine, and have noticed no issues.
