Hi guys

I just had a question, currently own a 2017 GT with stock all season Pirellis on 19s. I am looking to transition to Michelin 4S and had a question regarding where size. I wanted a staggered set up, what do you guys recommend? Will 255 and 285 Michelin’s fit on the car? What size do you guys recommend? Do I have to add anything to fit the Michelin’s? Again car is currently stock 19 Pirellis

Thanks!

If your pirellis are all seasons, then they are probably not the performance pack, so your wheels are probably 8" or 9" wide. 285 would really be pushing it (too wide) for a 8 or 9" wheel. 255 would probably be fine.

Do you know the size of your current wheels? Or your current tire size?

2017 GT non PP which came with 255/40/19 Pirelli A/S , my wheels are 19x8.5. Unless you're getting new wheels may as well keep it square. I'm no expert but I believe the 255 is the max for this wheel size. I replaced mine with the same size, went with DWS06's, very noticeable improvement. Good decision ditching the Pirelli's considering you're up north with more winter left. Save them for the summer months, they aren't bad in warm-hot temps.

You could go up 10-20mm from your current size without issue. Hit up paul@pkauto and he will be able to answer all your fitment questions.
