Torinate This is for the coupe, and I'm not sure if it's the same for the vert but you will be able to tell by looking at the pics. My install is here: https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?p=2023919#post2023919

If it's the same, remove the mirror cable cover by sliding it up, pulling it out from the bottom, and then slide it back down and away from the windshield.
Thanks!

Your original post was the one I looked at to buy hem.

Yea, mine appears the same. So that plastic cover just slides up and then I can pull it out from the bottom?

Thanks again!

Space City Spy has a great trunk strap
Boomba sent me a free lanyard when I ordered a set of aluminum pulleys from them, so I turned that into a trunk strap. Free stuff is the cheapest. :first:

Headlight switch chrome accent

I have had this since last fall. Wasn't sure if I liked it or not. I bought a chrome one and a brushed one. Tried both today. The chrome matched the dash chrome pieces and the brushed matched the steering wheel.

Since the switch is on the dash portion, I decided to go chrome.

its growing on me. Just having the plain black switch was kinda "blah"

I have the same trim on my light switch, Fordever. I also put chrome trim on the vent above it. It all matches well IMO.

Already did. I purchased a dead pedal cover before my car arrived. :headbang:

If you look closely in the pics I posted, you can kinda see the cover. :)

Yes Bill, something like that would work. I just like the option on controlling it myself... Decisions, decisions....
How about hooking them up to the hood switch? On when open, off when closed? Here's a link to my thread on another site. Those are on my '13, but same concept. You just need to source a cheap relay. The hood switch is located, on the '15-18, right next to the hood latch. Easy to tap into.

Now you just have me another idea.

Great idea thou. I have mercury switches coming as well. No matter which way I go, I would still put a rocker switch in the circuit, that way I can always control the light.
