Cup 2s are scary to drive in the rain even in weather mode. For me at least. Tramline was terrible as well. I have Pilot Sport 4s w/ 325/30/19 rears. They do kick up some rocks as someone else mentioned but it's almost not noticeable compared to the cup 2s. They are definitely more live-able. I daily my R and have 12k miles btw and have had the 4s since roughly 3k miles.

I went the other way MPSS to Cup2s. To me they are far more engaging (in a good and bad way I guess). I do drive the car to work if the weather is not too crazy - like today :)

Minn19, I have run the MP Cup II tires extensively in the rain here in the NW. Fast and a lot of grip in the corners. I run about 125 mph in standing water without any problems. 34 pounds pressure and let them warm up before pushing to hard.
