You love your S550 Mustang, but there's always room for improvement: increased steering response, decreased body roll, and increased cornering grip - a must for the true performance handling enthusiast.

Steeda’s industry-first S550 Mustang Tension Links, are a must for all lowered 2015+ Mustangs. These pieces are manufactured to OE Performance Pack specifications, with one major benefit: increased steering response.

Product Benefits:
Increases steering wheel responsiveness
Decreases body roll
Improves tire contact patch with the road
Increased cornering grip

What's the difference between these and the PP tension links?

Also what's the difference between these with the bushings vs the tension links with the bearings as far as handling and NVH goes?

Higher durometer bushing than the P/P. No increase in NVH.

Great upgrade for non P/P S550

Thanks

@ SteedaTech does this mean they're less of an upgrade for a PP car? Not meaning to nit pick, just want to make sure I'm getting things I need.
We incorporate a higher durometer bushing at the chassis side and a low friction ball joint. So it is a upgrade for the P/P cars as well.
lifetime warranty too.

Hi there. Is the tension link supposed to be vertical position while car has wheels straight. One side is and the drivers side is top edge is leaning inward toward motor.

How bad is the NVH increase with the bearings? Would this be a noticeable upgrade on the street?

No NVH. I’m on lowered on springs and the three upgrades were tension links, lower control control arms with roll center corrections and bump steer. The car already had p1 package and that was not enough for me in mixed use. On street yes you will notice the difference in the feel of the steering wheel feels slightly heavier. You will also feel more direct steering response its more direct and bumpy areas the car stays straight.

Thanks for the info. I'm about to upgrade to the PP brakes, might as well put these in while I'm in there.
