Mirror triangle covers

Can anyone tell me how the Mirror triangle covers come off ..?

If you're talking about the little ones inside the car they are attached to the door panel. They hide a hanger that you use to hang the door panel on when installing it, if you need to remove them you'd have to remove the door panel entirely. They don't have any relation to the actual mirror itself as it bolts behind the door frame, removing the cover won't give you access to the mirror.

They are not difficult to get off, but difficult to get off undamaged :thumbsup:
In the center they have a clip and on the edge facing backward they have two more tabs. Chances are quite good that you break at least one of them.

I think gently pulling them off from the front is the right approach. Once you the clip out push backward and it should come off.

Here is a picture of the backside to show the issue. I circled both tabs. The green one is still intact and the red one is gone.

Now I can see why mine looks like it's lifted on 1 corner. I bet one of my tabs is broken off.

Do you know the part number for this piece?

The numbers are FR3B6320365BA5YZ9 and FR3B6320364BA5YZ9 but I do not recall which one is left and which is right.
