I'm sure you've all heard about "keyless theft" currently, as per this BBC news story recently:

http://www.bbc.com/news/av/uk-42132804/relay-crime-theft-caught-on-camera

Well we have 2 solutions for you:

1. Disklok Steering wheel Lock. A physical barrier that stops "virtual" thieves, and also a nice visible deterrent. Award winning and recommended by many police forces.

2. Hide your beauty over winter so no one knows what it is!

Yes you can secure your keys in tin foil every night if you want, as it will certainly help. (or keep them in a tin box, etc)

However as thieves often steal keys as well nowadays, a physical barrier deterrent is still our recommendation.

Wish I'd have seen this yesterday! Just spent the best part of ÂŁ15 on some RF pouches when I could've used a bag of old quavers!

Jokes aside, I kept my keys in an altoids tin when I first got the car but found that the key still operated the locks when in close proximity to the vehicle, so decided it was next to useless.

Stick your keys in the fridge at night....or in the microwave - but after you've made your cocoa....:)

I honestly thought this post was a joke (1980s steering locks!). But apparently, 'back to basics' car security is genuinely making a come-back. I've actually still got one of these (never got around to throwing out). One thing I do recall is that you have to be careful, as it's easy to scratch/damage your interior with this hulking thing.

Will it fit over a GT350 wheel? which is a lot thicker, and flat on the bottom

thanks

it should do goldengooner and to address Monty we recommend buying it with a wheel protection cover that we package as a default option.

Top Tip: Save yourself money... Just stretch an old pair of worn undies over the wheel and leave a used sock on each seat... NO self-respecting tea-leaf will go anywhere near the car :) !
