From what I have heard its the same as the performance pack. Only difference might be lower springs. The shock and struts are the same as the PP.

I have the Track Handling Kit installed on my car. Then decided to swap out the springs with the Roush/Yates lowering springs. Ford did put together a great package.
It's a very similar kit to what your looking at. But, upgrades struts and shocks.

Well it works, and it works real good. I inch lower looks good and the whole package makes for a real improvement in the handling.
