Dangling Connector

Hi All,

I recently found this connector dangling behind the peddles.
I looked under and I could not find anything that it connects to.
Anyone know whats its for?

Maybe switch for clutch? assuming you have an automatic it would be unused. Also assuming your brake lights are working. I'm just guessing...not near my car to look for it...

In my car that plug goes into the bracket in your picture, the 2 pins hold it from dangling. Still not sure what its for...some option that we don't have I guess!

Could this be for the "my color option" for in car mood lighting?

It's not for the ambient lighting. I have that and the same connector hanging.
