The OEM's look to certify across the board and not just for "strict" states. There's CARB certification and EPA certification.
I don't see that happening. I do like the fact that Pruitt and Co at the EPA are reconsidering the Final Determination that was ramrodded by the last EPA Administrator just before she went bye-bye.
With the Chinese getting ready to buy FCA and the Challenger becoming a Fiat clone this more than likely isn't going to happen.

Yep, mine look identical on my GT350. I simply changed to switchback bulbs and mine no longer appear yellow when off... but when the directional is on it is yellow, then back to white.
Where do you see fog lights? This is definitely a GT350 as mentioned (with factory marker lights for directional/parking light). Compare it to the pic in all of our profiles.
They will start building GT500’s in order to test the tools, however those will be non-saleable mustangs. The ones we care about we will be able to see them by 2019.
