I'm planning on lowering my 2015 v6 with springs. I'm wondering if I purchase springs with 1 inch drop for the rear if my tires would rub. The size of my rear tires are 305/30/20. If they would rub what else would I need to purchase? Camber plates? Thanks!

I'm lowered on an Eibach Pro-Kit running 315/35/20's in the rear +35 offset and I don't rub anywhere.

I can't remember what the offset is, the wheels are forgstar cf5, and the tires are Toyo tires proxies.

And so you also know, I didn't have to mess with the camber, either.

It sounds like I should be fine. I don't want to have to camber so I'll try to figure out my offset to make sure.
When you drop your car you will increase in negative camber. Don’t be afraid of this...it’s a good thing in the handling world (to a point). Focus more on ensuring your toe is correctly aligned and you’ll keep yours tires intact.

If keeping camber on the low side of factory spec is indeed your forte, then sure grab some plates for the front and, if you don’t like bashing your rear suspension, there are bits available to easily adjust rear camber too.

I left the negative camber in and found tire wear is negligible. On the Michelin PP at least.

I use 1.4-1.5 neg camber front and rear and keep toe to 0.01-0.02 for a nice handling pony. Keep in mind when you set camber to 1.5 neg or more "You" must drive the car.
The Boss Mustang uses 1.5 neg from the factory, but "You" must steer the car. It feels great in the Twisty's and that's where I "Live" to drive!
