Here you go, it seemed like a shot in the dark but mine was definitely hanging off a little bit from the factory.

Mine was NOT pushed on all the way. Ordering Steeda hose kit. Thanks.

So this specific hose can only be linked to weird manual transmission shifting issues. It doesn’t have anything to do with our rattle at 2200 rpms (well I don’t think they are related.)

Try holding onto the tank and push towards the hose as you push the hose onto the nipple. The tank can flex if you dont brace it. Your car sounds fine btw in the video.

I still haven't heard back from the dealer if they finished the new short block install that started over a week ago. I've been out of the country but I'm back now.

Im waiting until you guys who got approvals to get real concrete reasons as to what the hell is actually going on. It seems were getting buy backs and block replacements, but no answers as to why, this is concerning.

My little hose thingy wasn't pushed in. Ford really tried their best to put the shortest line you could possible fit there.

This line is balls deep and has nothing left to give. Are there aftermarket lines?

They are dragging their feet as usual. Have not received the official letter yet.

Not sure we will ever get any answers any time soon. I can't even get an update on my Mustang that is still in the shop almost 5 weeks straight.

Yes, but have not taken it to dealer

Yes, but dealer said it was normal

Yes, Ford approved short block, long block or whole engine
