Is this broken?

Since I had the door latch recall performed, I've had new rattles from each door. I realized today that I can lift up this trim piece, which is where the rattle appears to be coming from. Both doors do this, but it seems like they shouldn't. Can you lift yours up?

i don't believe that is supposed to lift up or come out like ur pic. mine doesn't.

No you shouldn't be able to lift it up like that, I had to remove that part while installing my speakers and there are several plastic clips used there which took quite a bit of force to pop. They are easy to break or easy to lose. Take it back to the dealer and complain as that's some shoddy work.
