The intake has always been $368. Some dealers are just selling it cheaper than others. Also PSA: the price of the intake manifold on the Ford parts website is now $368. It has begun.
I remember them going for $273 initially, maybe that was just one parts store. The intake has always been $368. Some dealers are just selling it cheaper than others.
There are dealers selling them for around $243, but if you look above the sale price it will say list price $368.28.I remember them going for $273 initially, maybe that was just one parts store.
What did they change in the tune? Redline? Not much to account for airflow wise as I dont think there is even a function to do so?Sorry guys I see it's already made it over here from Facebook got busy after I posted it there and didn't get posted here. I made it back on the dyno today finally after the manifold swap and all the tune changes where complete. The first run is stock mani with stock exhaust manifolds with cats and a corsa cat back a long with a pmas intake and tune by palm beach dyno. Second run all that changed was the 18 mani and the tune changes. As far as the starting at 3000 rpm I may have been a little high when he started recording and loaded the dyno. I drove the car and the owner of the dyno operated the dyno when I told him I was ready to punch it.
Ford should just ship the manifolds without the studs installed, they had this same issue on the GT350 intakes.Dropped shipped from Ford. Had a thin layer of bubble wrap and some packing paper. Studs snapped off and cracked here and there.
