Congratulations to my friend Guy Tremblay from Expert tuning in Napierville, Qc for a [email protected] mph with a 1.66 60ft

First to broke the 10 seconds N/A on 94 octane pump gaz with a 100% stock exhaust and full weight down to the tire inflator in the trunk!!! All that achieved within the first 2 outting this week-end as the track are just opened!

The car is a 301A A10 with the active exhaust with 3.15 gear.
Time achieved in drag mode. Here are ALL the mods:

Custom tune(expert tuning in Napierville) on 94 octane pump gaz
Cold air intake
Dragpack dragradial/skinnies
1" lowering spring

Again no E85 just our 94 pump gas, no long tubes headers, no seats removed, nothing removed from the car with 1/4 fuel in the tank. Stock suspension except 1"lowering spring.
3.15 gear!!

The 2018 is for real. It already have more mph than the fastest 2011+ Mustang GT A6 N/A bolt ons at our track who have weight reductions, catless pipe, 2step trans brake and 4c converter.

The 2018 GT A10 have the potential to go deep into the 10's in good air with long tube and aftermarket converter when they will be available all that in full weight street trim!!! Crazy!

Can't wait to have my own 2018 GT on the track when my car will be out of hivernation in 1-2 week!!

Here the vid. And no it was not a track rental!!!!

By the way there was a stock A8 Hellcat with a aftermarket 4.09 differential gear and drag radial that was running 128-130mph. That tell you the story a 127 mph 2018 GT without long tube headers and weight reduction running within 1-3 mph of the big cat!! To be honest that's insane!!

Wow, great air up North!!! I remember when you were dancing around the 10 second zone with your manual '15. Good stuff I have the same exact, 301A '18, 3.15 gear A10 (same color too) now. Gives me hope that I can get into the mid 11's with a decent tire.

Hope are there for sure! 2 days before he ran 1.81 [email protected] in good air -600 DA
100% stock except front 18" TSW wheel/street tire and 17" TSW wheel in the back with drag radial in Drag mode.

The drag mode even out of the box is making a big difference!

What is crazy is the mph. Stock it matched my best mph with my 2015 bolt ons including long tube headers M6 and I ran in even better air!!!! at that time no stock converter agressively tune A6 was even close to my mph. The 2018 A10 done it Stock!!!!

That is impressive. Did he ever make a 100% stock pass?

I have more detail!

My friend went 12.06@119 stock no drag mode with the ridiculous 235/50-18 all season scaprelli lol. Hooking was not ideal but seam in line with LMR time.

He then try the drag mode it made such a huge difference that he was not able to hook at all with the 235 tire that's when he went straight to the drag radials and ran [email protected] drag mode!!!

Drag mode does a big difference and active exhaust help also!

There was also another 2018 stock except 1" drop at the same time

2018 base GT 300a A10 no drag mode no active exhaust on 20" street tire with a big guy like me driving. He went 12.04@118 hooking better because of larger tire. Again in line with the base A10 I have seen!

Obviously not everybody can do that you need gread DA.
Also the 94 pump gas is close to e85 at cold temperature.
But yes the 2018 A10 drag mode are for real.

They make a lot of power also on dyno

Impressive, what were the hp gains for the 94 octane tune? My local gas station offers ultra 94.

Stock half shafts as well? Been a topic of concern about the driver side half
shaft breaking.

shaft breaking.
There as been 1 halfshaftt that broke on drag mode on one of the car here. Don't know of any other. Of course halfshaft are a good sell. One halshaft broke on a A10 automatic stock or just tuned I will call that a factory defect. No panic here

On my manual in my sign running on slick it took like 50-75 pass before it break in a 120+ mph car. Now other with stock shaft on manual broke it stock on street tire.
The soft sidewall slick help soften my 4-5k launch.

On a manual it's really a problem if you track the car even more a problem with mods.
On a auto it should not be a problem unless you are doing a lot of power and if it break it will probably break the driver side with no side effect except a car that need to be towed.

I have waited for mine to break before changing it on my m6 2015.

I personally will change it only if it breaks even if I have the Ford racing one ready to install!!
Heavier shaft are harder to turn. I felt it on my manual. I know my car very well and it may have slow the car a bit. Also powershifting with the Ford racing and a good clutch fell like if everything want to break lol. They don't flex much so it is harder on everything else.

On the A10 it may happen but there is 9 seconds 145+ mph A6 with agressive tune with many many run on stock halshaft and drag radial. What kills the shaft is wheel hop. My opinion!
