Replaced the SVE center caps. Emptied the passenger side catch can after 500 miles of my normal driving on the streets.

Emptied my JLT catch can. After 2000 miles, it had about 2 tablespoons worth of oil in it.

Do any of you with the JLT notice it rubbing on the end of the head? You might want to check. I just zip tied it to the coolant line to keep it from rubbing.
I gues I got lucky, mine is sort of suspended in between, it doesn’t touch anything.

That is what mine does except the hose before the catch can (passenger side of the can) sits on the wiring loom but is not showing any signs of rubbing or wearing down.

Mine had about 2 tablespoons but after only 500 or so miles. I drive it hard every time I drive it. It gets no easy trips. Mash the gas red light to red light and haul ass on the freeway. Just how I drive.

Here is a pic. You can see the small spot where it rubbed right at where the bottom grip ring starts. You can also see how I have it zip tied now to the coolant line to keep it from rubbing. I think after it got hot a few times, it just sagged down a little more and started rubbing.

Thanks for the pic. I will double check mine but I am pretty sure it is not touching. The only area I have seen contact is similar to your pic on the left side. That wire loom and hose where yours is sitting on the wire loom is the only place I have seen contact.

This is how mine sits on the cylinder head. It just rests on it. No marks on the can or cylinder head. Been on for around 1,000 miles. Guess each car is just enough different to account for the difference.

Emptied my JLT catch can. After 2000 miles, it had about 2 tablespoons worth of oil in it.
Installed the Ford lower K brace and plastic shield with the oil filter flap.

Oil change to Amsoil 5w30 XL. 8 quarts went in.
Poured 1/4 cup of oil out from the Ford oil separator, and after 9000 miles.
