Did the J&M rails require any modifications to fit to the vert? I've been looking for a decent set of jacking rails for mine and the BMR and J&M look the business, but don't show a convertible specific set like the Steeda ones.
Sorry I've been out and about for the past several weeks. The J&M rails fit with no mods needed and you keep the rear bracing intact also.:first:

I have the same issue with my passenger rear window on my '16 V6. It's annoying, but in a sense, good to know I'm not alone. I'll have to see if a little lube fixes it.

Sorry for the late reply...have not gotten this fixed-

Did you get this resolved? Mine began this a few weeks ago on the right side. I have to raise it about a foot and then it goes all the way back down. Ass-pain!
- but now in the habit of lowering the roof to within 2 inches of fully down, raising it up a foot then back down to flush. Not sure why but it works every time! Seems that the canvas, foam, lining and straps need that extra lift to compress and fold out of the way. A little aggravating but with all the fun of a vert maybe worth it?

Recently bought my 2015 convertible and now out of bumper to bumper. Noticed the same issue with the radio cutting out...dealer was going to charge $105 diagnostic fee to check it. So glad I told them not to look at it and extremely angry that they would not just tell me it was normal to happen. Had issue with window as well. Took it to a auto window repair shop and they had to reattach a piece of trim to the window to fix it, all good now.

Not that.... but I have some cat claw marks. :tsk:

I liked that cat.... was sad when a couple of dogs killed it.

I drop my top anytime the temp is between 60 and 92, no issues since May 2015.

No problems here. Try opening a little over half way or 3/4 and see if you find what's digging into it. The 5th gen Camaros has a plastic tab on both sides that would dig into the top when down.

You definitely need to have the top replaced.

The damage is on both sides right around the edge where it folds when you put the top down. When the top is all the way down it's on the top so nothing is touching are digging into it

Looking at the picture, it looks like what ever it is is hitting out rubbing it in three places along that seam. Is it right above the fear windows?

I just went and looked at mine and if it's in the same spot above the rear windows, my bows are more pronounced on the outside than yours in the picture. When I open mine halfway the bows are wrapped with thick fabric material. Is yours the same. Tried taking pics, but so damn humid it's fogging up the camera.

Here's a pic of the top down so you can get an idea of the location
