FS: Bama Rev-X by SCT

Unit up for sale again. Unit does show "0 Unlocks", but Bama Tuning confirmed that as long as the next owner is using a custom tune then it would be fine. No tunes are on the on the unit. SOLD

Hi , do you know if it works identically as the sct x4 right? meaning iit can be tunned by vmp, PBD or anyone right? If so, im interested. PM

I bought this from American Muscle, so I don't know for certain. I will get that info to you later today

Just got off the phone with American Muscle and they stated as long as the unit is unmarried from the vehicle( which it is), then any custom tune can be loaded and married with a different mustang.

The unit is unmarried from my vehicle. This unit originally ships with 1 unlock but goes to "0" the first time it is married to a vehicle. If you want to use this with SCT and want unlimited tunes for life with SCT, you would need to pay them $150 and they will send you an unlock code for it. Now if you wanted to use it with a custom tune from another vendor, then you would not need to pay anything to SCT. You would just marry the tuner to your vehicle and load up the tune you received from your tune vendor of choice.

Wow so Sct is only allowing one owner on the new tuners? That's messed up! Kind of ridiculous that they are making money from Used tuner resales!
