cool video - I've been watching more of their stuff (Donut).

re: stripes - I really like how they look on most GT350s. I'd add them to mine if I never planned to street it again. On the street, imho, it's just begging for drama.

Stripes for me depend on color and style of the car. I prefer Black with ONLY matte stripes, metallics with 0 strips at all, and other colors with stripes that match color wise. IE: White with blue or green stripe, Yellow with Black, grey or silver.

Cobra sans stripes / GT350 sans stripes / but new R coming with stripes.... I used to be consistent.

White car?? Gotta have blue stripes. Looks, nostalgia, what ever label you want to put on it. Ironically, white is our only color I don’t like without stripes. Anything else after that is personal preference. Some I can take or leave. Grabber blue...no stripes. Black with flat black stripes?? HELL YEA; the most sinister car on the road today.

Holy cow Chris...never realized a Cobra was that tiny (or our cars are that huge).

Wow...had no idea! A pretty strong pro-stripes argument!

I like stripes on the Boss, and on Shelby's. I think the Bullitt looks great without stripes. I think certain cars need them, to stay true to their roots.

Enjoyed the vid, thanks. I used to think the stripes looked a bit too old school muscle, but when I saw the matte black stripes on the black R, I was sold.

One of the reasons I fell in love with this car was the Shelby name and the stripes. The looks are what made me interested in the first place.. I had no idea the car was as good as it was when I first saw one. The fact they produced such an amazing car to go along with the name and stripes made me forget about Z06's, BMW's, and all the other cars I used to like. :)

I picked blue with white stripes because it reminds me of this...

If that car had stripes, well, then it wouldn’t be a Bullitt.

On a similar note...no earthly idea why they call our blue stripes guardsman blue?!?! That’s guardsman blue on the cobras in the pic 96cobra posted.
