I was lucky I guess with the stock clutch.Nice. My stock clutch with 4000 miles started slipping on the dyno Monday. Was able to hit 600whp on 93 at 7k with a 3.5 pulley. E85 and 3 3/8 pulley killed the clutch just as it was getting dialed in.
I'm not entirely too sure but I can take a stab at the fact it's a large blower and I'm barely spinning the thing. Not being a stickler here but why is torque so low? I thought PD blowers made tork?? I see 500ft lbs @ 4K rpm which I can imagine is nice but it never rises at all? I expected at least 650ft lbs from a blower of this caliber..
Not sure if you're using a 3.2 head unit, but I am. That makes a difference, but yeah, pretty sure its a whopping 4" :cheers:Nice numbers! Are you sure thats a 4" Pulley? Your dyno graph shows 13.4 lbs of boost. According to KB a 4" pulley is 9-10psi and I didnt see 13psi on my car until I went to a 3.75 pulley. I run a 3.5" now and only see 15.
You running the KB shim kit on the water pump pulley? Not sure if you're using a 3.2 head unit, but I am. That makes a difference, but yeah, pretty sure its a whopping 4"
Edit:Probably should've snapped a pic of the balancer as well, but I assure you it's 100% stock
No sir, not having any belt alignment issues. I've had this blower for 2 years now 26,000+ miles. You running the KB shim kit on the water pump pulley?

It's possible, how do you have that giant idler pulley bracket setup?I am running a 3.2 as well. Strange, I might be getting some belt slip.
Congrats on the great numbers.

Yessir, I was considering going with catless lead pipes though. Gotta find out the laws in Mississippi. Moving there next week.I have the idler on the lowest slot and the belt is tight.
Do you have cats? That could be a difference.
Think Im going to go with an 8 rib setup soon and really crank up the boost anyway.
Gotta let her breathe!!! Why ya leavin NC, if I may askYessir, I was considering going with catless lead pipes though. Gotta find out the laws in Mississippi. Moving there next week.
Really not sure why I'm making so much more boost than you
Edit:All mods are in my sig btw
Finished up my 6 year contract with the Army. Mississippi is even father from 'home' but I have a good job opportunity at Huntington-ingalls shipyard as a pipe welder for aircraft carriers and the like.Gotta let her breathe!!! Why ya leavin NC, if I may ask
