Trade it on in on a '18 PP w/Auto...just shop around till you find a dealer that will give you a good price. Join the national Mustang club to get X-Plan for a guaranteed price on the new one.
I bought my car from Koon's in Baltimore. The sales guy laughed at "X-plan" and beat it without me even asking and every other dealer in the Atlanta area. X-plan just seems to be a way for you to skip the initial gray area of negotiation, in my experience. There are other "plans" that are real discounts but you have to be mating with a domesticated bear and able to grow a ginger beard while pole vaulting to get those kind of discounts... :p

Interesting. However, won't I loose real $$ value by waiting?

I figured now is the time to get the best cash back and use that towards a '18 automatic.

Thoughts?

(Also, never heard of X-Plan...I'll check it out. Thanks!)

Just as an FYI, I just purchased mine exact same as yours sans reverse parking system for 36,600 OTD.. That's like 34,000ish before taxes and dealer fees.. Wish I would have waited, we probably could have helped each other out.. Good luck!

Sorry to hear about your medical situation. I had to do the same 2 years ago when I moved south, then had to move back north 3 months later. I ended up trading and took the bath because I was left without options and needed reliable transportation for work in the snow.
I'm back in the market now, but with the 19's almost in production, you're looking at `17 Premium PP prices in the low 30's around my area. Beautiful car though .. wishing you the best.

You might want to mention in your title/post that it's a PP "Premium"
