Any updates on this Steve? How’s the car running now?
Swapped to a new TMAP sensor, new code, new screw for it, seems fine, drag raced didn't explode.

Swapped the stupid fuel sensor today, and all is back to normal. 85psi sitting at idle according to ForScan. Thanks Ford for making yet another crappy part that fails more often than it should and not having a TSB nor any real fix.

OR, thanks to all who have put the time and effort into letting the rest of us know about this issue.

Glad to see your up and running. Really starting to see a lot of issues being solved by replacing this sensor both here and on FB.

Well...because it went so smoothly for everybody of course it went horrible for me. I managed to strip the thread on the fuel line.
Anybody have the revised part number for the fuel line?? Will the fuel line come with the sensor???

Hopefully. If not, why don’t you check eBay? You should be able to find it there.

The complete fuel line is a hit-or-miss for which sensor you're going to get. I'd make sure you still have a -B sensor to swap on to the new line.

Good point Justin. However this is the fuel line suggested by Adam in his long post on FB, so I would think that it has the new sensor on. lisandra I suppose you can confirm that with Ford (or the vendor of the part) when you order it.

nov 2015 build here, I have been dealing with stuttering, missing and knock/ping on tunes and with the stock programs.

only code that has ever been triggered is P0302 (cyl 2 misfire)

I have tested with 91 and 104 octane, and got the same results.

44k miles, ngk 6510's gapped to .028"

I do get a stumbles on idle, but its been pretty rare.

I have tried many gas stations, and shell is the only reliable choice so far, as I have minimal issues when I fill up there.

Ordered the sensor from tasca, hope this fixes my issues!

I was told before I could get tuned I would need to change this sensor. I got the new sensor, just got to get it put on.

Didn't know this was a wide spread problem...
