I don't think they are an official vendor here, but thought I would share my experience. They are known by the Atlanta Mustang community for doing a good job with performance cars.
I took mine in for 4 new tires, its lowered and has molded, stiff Mudflaps, so it has clearance issues with lifts. I showed all this to the Service Adviser, and he said no problem, this is a normal experience for us, we will ramp and block your car so it clears the lift.
Of course the idiot tech drove it on a lift with no assistance or ramps or blocks and destroyed the front mudflaps.
I got the store management involved, they readily took ownership of the problem and admitted fault, and reimbursed me for new mudflaps.
So thumbs up to them for doing the right thing, and selling tires at a great price, and not scratching up my rims. Small thumbs down for wrecking the mudflaps-but mistakes happen.
