The two creaks I had with this car were due to the stocker camber arms (I had both creak on me) and BMR Delrin vertical links. Don't know if that will help but check the stock camber arm bushings.

Did you just tighten them or did you change the camber arms to fix it?

The one on the passenger side- the bushing had failed and caused the creaking noise and so that piece needed to be replaced. It had gotten dry and had cracked. The one on the driver side was able to be lubricated and that quieted it down where it went away. Haven't had an issue since.

The BMR delrin-spherical vertical links creaked on and off and my shop ended up modifying it to accept more grease in the bushing. I ended up replacing them with Steeda urethane links and no noises yet knock on wood. It's not really BMR's fault IMO because those links are designed really more for drag racers IMO and the delrin just tends to make noise. Which is why most people with similar goals tended to opt for the TCA045 over the TCA046 that I had. I didn't know this when I started my suspension journey.

Ryan,

Are you in gear or in neutral when you hear it?
The video is so short, it is hard to make much out of it

I'm in gear. The sound happens right when I let off the clutch and move forward. It can also happen during cornering but not as loud or as many creaks.

I can try tightening the axle nuts again.

I triple checked the axle nuts. I got the inner camber bolts as tight as I could with an 18mm wrench in that tight space. This is making me sick. I'm really close to taking it to the dealer. If it's not a part that I put on it should be covered under warranty. Only 2600 miles on the car.

Agreed. I'm stumped. It could be a in the axle/diff. That should be warrantied.
